I'm sick of people...I just want to go home and paint my nails my most favorite fingernail polish:

And be away from people that say they hate coming to the dentist... even though I'm nice enough to see them as an emergency appointment, during my lunch. I mean geez, pull yourself together people. There you go - that's my free advice for the day, internet: pull yourself together at your appointments... the world will thank you.
